Can I use ZAS for other holidays or events?

No. ZAS is designed specifically for saving and planning for the Christmas holiday season.

It is not intended for other events or holidays. We plan to expand our offering in the coming years to help people save for other occasions.

What can I buy with the ZAS prepaid debit card?

You can use the prepaid debit card to buy food, drinks, gifts, and other holiday essentials at your favourite stores.

Can I use the ZAS prepaid card online?

Yes, the ZAS prepaid debit card can be used for online purchases at stores that accept prepaid cards.

How much does it cost to start saving with ZAS?

You can start saving with ZAS from as little as €5.30 per month.

How do I sign up for ZAS?

Visit zas.com.es, choose your budget, and set up your payment plan. It’s quick and easy!

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order by bank direct debit, with the frequency that best fits your budget.

If you are a seasonal worker, you can choose the start and end dates to match your work schedule.

What happens after I place my order?

You can expect to receive an Order Confirmation within 72 hours.

Please check all your details carefully, as these are the details we have on record. If any information is incorrect, contact us immediately and we will make the necessary changes.

If you do not receive an Order Confirmation, please contact us.

Will I be charged if a payment fails?

Your bank may charge you a fee. ZAS may charge a small administrative fee of €4.00 to cover the costs we incur as a result of the missed payment.

Are there any hidden fees with ZAS?

No, ZAS is transparent about its fees. The only additional fee is a €4.00 administrative fee if a payment fails.

Can I place an order as a gift for someone else?

Yes. Simply place your gift order online separately from your own order.

When you do, tell us it is a gift and during checkout we will ask for the delivery address.

We won’t contact the recipient, so it will be a surprise.

Can I place an order at any time of the year?

Yes. We accept orders up until the Final Payment Date.

Remember: the earlier you place your order, the more months you have to pay and therefore the lower your monthly payments will be.

What happens if I can’t keep paying?

We understand circumstances change, and if you can’t keep paying, simply notify us by email and we will provide the steps to cancel.

You will receive a full refund minus the administrative fee.
